You must contact your insurance company directly to find what your particular coverage is, Pure Health can not check this on your behalf. Insurance is non-transferable, this means only the person named in the coverage can receive treatment and only for the specific treatment given on the date treatment is received. Credit cards are required on our secure booking system for anything not covered by insurance, including missed appointments. Direct Billing for recent ICBC injuries is available for Acupuncture and Physiotherapy.
