We are a private pay clinic, but will attempt to direct bill for Pacific Blue Cross

and Providers included in Telus E-Health.

Nancy Hunter, RMT graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 1998, and has focused training in Manual Lymph Drainage.  She has shared ownership of Radiance Massage Therapy (to 2016) and now has co-founded Pure Health Massage & Wellness.  As a registered massage therapist her current treatment focus is on rehabilitative, chronic management of musculo-skeletal dysfunction.  She combines detailed assessment, homecare education and various massage therapy techniques to treat her clients and help them reach their therapeutic goals.

Roberta (Bobi) Slawson, RMT is a Registered Massage Therapist and a graduate of the 3000 hour B.C. program from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy.  Roberta has brought together her passion for business and practice of massage therapy to co-found Pure Health Massage and Wellness.

She is a recipient of the MTABC Student Case Study Award  for her published case study, “Post Traumatic Stress Disorder Among Girls in the Juvenile Justice System”

Paige Storer, RMT is a graduate of the Registered Massage Therapy program from the West Coast College of Massage TherapyShe has been an RMT since November of 2018 and has found a  passion for facilitating relaxation and healing in others. Throughout her career, she has gained experience with a wide variety of patients including those living with multiple sclerosis, chronic pain, and fibromyalgia. Paige discovered her interest in massage through personal experience with Registered Massage Therapy after a car accident and has since been driven to share with others the benefit she has found throughout treatment.

 

When she is not massaging you can find her reading a good book, preferably outdoors, and dreaming about owning four to five dogs.

Yuri Khullar, RMT is a recent graduate from the Registered Massage Therapy program at CDI College, South Surrey.  She underwent extensive Student Clinic Training and participated in a number of outreach initiatives involving Women's Health, Sports Massage, and Chronic/neurological conditions.  She has learned to treat a variety of conditions including headaches, frozen shoulder, Strains, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome etc. Her goal is to assist you with your health goals by providing patient-education and remedial exercises. 

Before embarking on her career as an RMT, Yuri completed her Masters in Psychology and was a Makeup Artist/Cosmetician, both of which align with her interest in helping people.  Her goal is to support others in restoring and maintaining their health and wellness

She is multi-lingual, speaking English, Punjabi, Hindi and Urdu. When not working she loves to spend time with her family and friends. 

Brandi Berkey, RMT is a  successful graduate of the Registered Massage Therapy program at the West Coast College of Massage Therapy.   She has a strong passion for health and fitness. It was through this love of learning about the human body that she decided to embark on her massage therapist journey.

She assists (Teaching Assistant) with the introduction to massage therapy program at WCCMT to mentor the upcoming generations of registered massage therapists.

Brandi incorporates evidence based pain theory and active home care into her customized treatment plans for meeting your health goals.

Barbara Lopez, RMT is a graduate of the Registered Massage Therapy program from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy.

Barbara offers a personalized treatment approach and works with you to create a custom treatment program that is tailor-made to your needs. In efforts to achieve these goals she uses various modalities, including: Swedish, Trigger Point Release, Joint manipulation, Myofascial, and Muscle Energy Technique. She takes an active role in her patient’s health and believes the key to a healthy recovery is patient education in prevention, maintenance, management, and overall well-being.

Barbara has experience in treating a variety of musculoskeletal injuries and conditions such as: pregnancy, sports injuries, back pain, repetitive strain, motor vehicle injuries, stress induced strain, spinal cord injuries, anxiety, multiple sclerosis and headaches.

Outside of the clinic, Barbara enjoys staying active through teaching kickboxing at 9Round Fitness. When she’s not working at the clinic or fitness studio you’ll most likely find her doing something adventurous. She enjoys traveling, hiking and dabbles in photography.

Angela Ng, RMT is a graduated the Registered Massage Therapy program from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 1995.

Her love of science led her to a degree in Human Nutrition, and her love of people led her to become a massage therapist. Touching lives is a privilege and a gift.


In her many years of clinical experience, and having spent over a decade at Worksafe BC, Angela is a respecter of those who seek healing and wellness, and delivers a holistic approach to her treatments. Her repertoire consists of Swedish Massage, Myofascial Release, Joint Mobilizations, Trigger Point Therapy, and Assistive Stretches. The mind-body connection is recognized so she may encourage breathwork and body awareness during treatment. She is trained in pre and post natal care, dynamic rehabilitation, stress management, and has helped all ages from infants to the elderly, and all lifestyles from arm chair athletes to Tri-athletes.

 

Knowledge is power; after consult and assessment, Angela will provide an individualized plan of home care, stretches, strengthening, and ergonomic tips for you to maximize your wellness goals.


Angela is an advocate for Mental Health, Adaptive Needs, and Self-care. She has volunteered with youth and finds joy spending time with seniors. She relaxes through music, reflection, video games, swimming, and is developing her green thumb in the garden.

Hannah Cochran, RMT graduated from the Vancouver Career College in 2021 and later joined Pure Health working as an Intern. Hannah is passionate about helping people through their journey towards health and wellness and believes strongly in the many benefits of massage therapy. She enjoys working closely with patients from diverse backgrounds to help them manage their pain and rehabilitate after injuries. 
Hannah uses a combination of techniques including fascial release, trigger point therapy, Swedish massage, deep tissue release, joint mobilization’s and more to help ease restrictions and facilitate ease of movement
In her spare time she enjoys being active and spending time with her family. 

Michelle Lowry, RMT has been a registered massage therapist since 1995 working in medical and spa clinics. Her practice has evolved to support clients with pregnancy, persistent pain, anxiety/depression and rehabilitation from injury. A graduate of the West Coast College of Massage Therapy she has taken post-graduate work in Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular Therapy, core stability training, Pregnancy Massage and other techniques.   

A passionate member of the North Delta/Surrey community where she has always had roots, Michelle opened her own practice, Scottsdale Massage Therapy in 1996.  She then went on to  share ownership of Radiance Massage Therapy (to 2016) and now co-founded Pure Health Massage & Wellness.  She balances clinic management, clinical practice and a family with time to laugh and walk her dog, Shakespeare.

Chenoa Hurst-Dand, RMT is a Registered Massage Therapist and graduated with honours from the Registered Massage Therapy program at Vancouver Careers College in 2021. 

Before becoming registered, Chenoa was a part of Pure’s internship program. She learned many skills from the amazing RMT team that she can now also applies in her practice. 

During her studies she participated in an outreach program with Amenida Seniors’ Community where she treated patients living with conditions including osteoarthritis, chronic disc herniations, sciatica and many other orthopaedic and systemic conditions. 

She has found a passion for facilitating healing and over-all well being for her patients.
